Orders typically ship within 10-20 business days of receipt during non-peak times or seasons. In peak seasons please allow extra 2-4 business days for your order to be processed. Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number.
You can send us a photo of your received product. We can take it and not down. After that, if you like it, you can use it. Otherwise, you can recycle it because we don't accept any returned items. We will refund your full amount.
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel an order after they have been submitted.
An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a pre-ordered item, shoot an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll handle that for you.
Still, you can enjoy it. Otherwise, you can recycle it. If you like to have the correct product, we can deliver it again, or we can offer a refund.

If you put a wrong address and/or picked a wrong size/variant in your order, That's OK. Don't worry we will refund full order amount to you. If this happen to you email us as soon as possible, we guaranty we can take care of it.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item photos with the reason to return must be email to us.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your email is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1 or 2 of business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
